“Does the integration work with both the cloud and self-hosted installation of ABRA Flexi?”
Yes. By default it works with the cloud version of ABRA Flexi. We can also connect your own (on-premise) installation – but this needs to be arranged in advance at podpora@capitain.app so that we can prepare and set up the integration together.
“Which direction does the data flow?”
Documents and line items travel from Capitain to ABRA Flexi. Code lists (cost centres, chart of accounts, posting templates, document series) are loaded the other way, from ABRA Flexi. Partners are not loaded from ABRA Flexi – when an invoice is sent, Capitain looks the partner up in ABRA Flexi by company ID (IČO) and VAT number (DIČ), and if it is not there yet, it creates it.
“How often is the data synchronised?”
You transfer documents on demand with a single click. Code lists are synchronised when the connection is established, and the user can then request them to be reloaded from ABRA Flexi manually at any time.
